‘KSHAMA’ means to forgive somebody for his or her mistakes. In all the religions ‘KSHAMA’ is the basic virtue. The rest of the virtues like MARDAV, ARJAV etc are based on ‘KSHAMA’. In this poem the poetess says that, nothing on this earth is as beautiful as ‘KSHAMA DHARM’

सुंदर इतुके कुणी क्षमेसम
अंबर झुकता मनी क्षमेसम

शब्द साजरे अवखळ जरि हे
मौन हासते घनी क्षमेसम

विंचरल्यावर रिपूच पळतिल
घेउन हाती फणी क्षमेसम

ब्रम्हचर्य अन संयम सत्यच
परि न देखणे गुणी क्षमेसम

प्राशुन अग्नी खुले झळाळुन
गळ्यातला तन्मणी क्षमेसम

कृतघ्न नाही कृतज्ञ आहे
मीच ‘सुनेत्रा’ ऋणी क्षमेसम
