Here in this poem, the poetess, describes the beauty of this Raj-hansa. Raj-hansa stays in her heart. It’s wings are like petales of lotus flower. Rajhansa tells her to wake up and escape him. But the poetess says, How she should escape him? because she also is waiting for him to come and escape her.
At last she asks, “Dear, shall you come and help me in going to other side of the river?

मुनिमनासम स्फटिक जलातिल
पंख-पाकळ्या कमलदलांसम
शशिसम शीतल धवल तनूचे
चारूचांदणे बरसे झरझर

आरसपानी रेखीव काया
राजहंस हा हृदयामधला
गंध उधळतो मुग्ध प्रभाती
प्राजक्ताचा भिजला ओला

म्हणतो मजला होना जागी
सोडव मजला गुंत्यामधुनी
कशी सोडवू प्रिया तुला मी
वाट पाहते तुझीचरे मी

गंधित रंगीत वसंतमाला
हेमंताच रेशीमशेला
ग्रीष्माचा जरतारी शालू
मोह पाडतो मना चंचला

वर्षेच्या मौक्तिक-मालाचा
शारद चंदेरी नुपूरांचा
या साऱ्यांचा मोह सुटावा
शिशिर सखा हा मज लाभावा

सोनेरी मग उन्हात तपवून
जलधारांचे अमृत शिंपून
इंद्रधनूच्या झुल्यावरूनी
नेशीलका का मज पैलतिराला
