Meaning: The ghazal presents the thought of singing with beauty and grace. Through the grace, beauty and power of singing, one should speak about the magnificence and vastness of the skies. Singing should also be a medium to express the love in your heart. The purity of love in our hearts is such that it takes form of a temple; and one should sing about the glories of this purity. Your song should be precise and heartfelt. Through precision and a deep meaning, your song turns into a chant or mantra. Sing about the streams and rivers earnestly, and the pebbles that bathe in them would also start singing. Finally, the poetess expresses her thought about reaching the destination. As you sing about the ship and the tides and the journey, you realize that you have reached. As a result, the harbor also starts singing. (English interpretation by Shashank Nakate)
